Monument in Parede to the pioneers of powered flight who made the journey from Lisbon to Rio de Janeiro in 1923. Many streets in Portugal are named in their honour.
I know of only two craft beer places on the Oeiras/Cascais estuary. This one in the marina at Oeiras is terrific. Good choice of beer, and good food too. Highly recommended.
